The first thing you may notice about Ritva, is that she is a little bit different! Ritva was conceived by a 25+ year veteran of the beauty industry. An educator, trained in some of the top product schools and with some of the top lines in the industry, she knows well there is a way to achieve the highest quality products and amazing results using natural ingredients, while employing safe and natural preservative systems and keep the spirit of fun. Nothing to Hide! Ritva believes you should be able to pronounce everything that touches your body and easily know what it is and where it comes from. In some cases, however, even natural ingredients may seem like something from high-school chemistry class. That's why she has included a section, a very important section, in this site explaining what does and does not go into her products. She certainly can't have an explanation for every ingredient in every product (hopefully you know what olive oil is) or this website would be 187 pages long. She does, however, provide explanations for the tongue-twisty ones, and explains the usage of other ingredients. Just because something sounds complicated or unfamiliar does not mean it is bad for you. For example, "deoxyribonucleic acid" sounds kinda’ scary. It is in fact the long-hand name for DNA which every living cell has and is certainly not bad for you.

A little jiggle will restore balance and harmony to the universe. Also, color, texture, fragrance and general appearance can vary from photos and from batch to batch.
